Banana Snowboard question!?
BTX is when there is rocker/reverse camber between the feet. MTX is magne-traction which is a wavy edge that gives you more contact points than a standard edge. C2 is banana between the feet and camber from the feet out. I believe the Ollie Pop has C2. One of my shop friends said that Mervin and Never Summer are having some disputes because Never Summer basically came out with C2 a year before Mervin did, so it's called BTX for legal reasons but it is actually C2. A Lib Tech TRS that I bought was marketed as BTX but was actually C2 so I think that's how Roxy is doing it too. I believe that riding a board with rocker and magne-traction will only speed up your learning curve and will be very beneficial.
