Why does my uterus seem so big?

I'm 18 weeks and 1 day pregnant with my second baby.And wondering why my uterus feels like its all the way up to my belly on already.And plus I've been felling my baby kick for a lil over 2 weeks and last night it kicked me in my belly on saw it and everything.Could I just have a big uterus?Or what could it be?
