Live rock scare. Please help!?

I got my 29 gallon tank today along with a purple spotted reef lobster and began my process by putting in sand and my liverock. I then added four gallons of distilled (i made it salt also) water to the tank which includes a liverock and livesand only. Then, when my distilled water was used, I added some tap water and salt (all appropriate salt levels) and proceeded to dump 4 gallons of straight out of the tap (salt mixed of course) directly onto my live rock and let it sit for a few minuites before I realized that I had forgotten to add the dechlorinizer! I payed 30 bucks for the liverock and more for the sand It took me about seven minuites to realize what I had done and immediatly treated the water with proper chemicals. Please guys can you tell me if I have just ****** myself? I am so worried and have asthma and am really scared that I just destroyed my helpful bacteria and liverock inhabitants. Please respond fast this is my first tank and I am really scared best answer and five stars goes to whomever can tell me the most likely fate of my bacteria and the liverocks inhabitants. Don't lie or correct my mistakes I am already beating myself up and is there anything i can do? the rock was aged and had some algae on the outside but really be honest ill know for sure tommorow right now the tank is murky (anyideas how to make it clear fast?) please help
