HELP!! bad dreams and vibe HELP!!?

i keep have the same dream every night for a week now that something realy bad happens to me or 1 of my family mebers bt in dream cant c who it is just noes it me or a family meber and now i have been havin a bad "vibe" that lasts for awhile something usually happens, but now its like ten times worse almost to the point of me getting physically sick and I can't help felling that there is something bad goin to happin.
