How am I supposed to get warm?

Okay, so my mom is always working, and my sister is ALWAYS out somewhere. I am usually home alone. But in my house there is no heat because we can't afford it. Also the wood for our fireplace is wet and wont burn. Ive been wearing my coat around, but it doesn't really help. What should I do?!
