Are these boots waterproof?

Hi, um I was looking for boots that I could use when I go camping in February. I looked on the Target website and found these cute boots that might work. So I was wondering if anyone knew if they were waterproof. They're Girl Circo Nannie Tall Suede Boots, and their black. Thanks for your answers
