Best buy screwed me over a xbox slim?

i bought a halo reach limited edition consol, and 2 year warranty plan and hdmi cabels and everything came up at $580, i returned the xbox 3 days after i bought it becuase it ws acting up didnt wnat to read the disk and so on. they took it to gek squad and i had to wait 30 min and they came and found out it was full of water and they opened the xbox so i cant ship it to microsoft plus they probobly put the water on the xbox and they said they didnt open open it, and i sure did not. now i have no xbox, no warranty, no money back, and they cursed and kicked me out best buy. is it time ti get a lawyer and do some suing and get some money out of these ****
