Hey you guys is it abnormal that I haven't had a boy friend all my life and iam 17!!!?

Its not like iam Ugly or anything every one tells me I look like rudy off the cosby show.But all of my teen years all i have had are crushes and I am ready for phase two if you know what i mean!
