How can i prepare my hamsters for a two day trip?

Im going to sri lanka this year BORING! so im bring my hamsters but i wont get to see them during the whole trip TWO DAYS and im not sure if they will change the water or not because i dont want them to die their just so little and i want them to see the world im adding extra food alot of food but i dont know what to do about the water.
