I'm in the air force DEP and I went to the emergency room from ping out of dehydration, am I disqualified?

I went to the emergency room for ping out and I'm in DEP right now. Will this disqualify me? What should I do? Do I tell my recruiter? Or do I just not tell anyone and when I go to MEPS for basic put on the questionnaire that I was in the Emergency Room one time? As far as I know, the air force doesn't know I was in the hospital yet, it's been 5 days. What do?
