I want to zero my hard drive and I don't have floppy capabilities. I want to use a cd rom if necessary; How???

I'm not worried about someone trying to get imformation. I backed up all necessary info and am now ready to zero the c drive. I would like to do it in dos if possible. Am not completely illiterate, but certainly at the mercy of someone else's intellect and ability at this point.
