Strip Poker Fairness: Erect vs. Spreading?

When a man loses strip poker, his stuff is probably more on display than a woman's , but particularly so if he's excited. Given that's the case, wouldn't it be the most fair to agree that female losers have to spread their legs (maybe if male losers have to show excited?)?
