What are these warts on my ?

Recently i keep coming up with worts in and around my area? They are really painfull and when i itch them lots of pus comes out. Im too embarresed to tell anyone especially my GP, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
