Is this a good trade? Fitzgerald/S.Graham for J.Lewis/V.Jackon/Akers?

I wouldn't cut loose Fitzgerald. He is fire. Also, trading a kicker is just plain retarded. I'd get rid of Steven Jackson for Welker though.
