SIMS 2 CASATWAY GLITCH?

to be honest, its a glitch... you have to restart the whole game :( well on the bright side, you wont have to worry about it happening again and if it does, take the game back and say it was tampered with before you even got it. or, clean the disk with toothpaste & a toothbrush. actually works very good :) glad i could be of help!
